Contracts Manager
to join their established team. An excellent opportunity to take genuine ownership of multiple contracts and play a key role in the continued success of the business. The Role Manage multiple contracts from pre-construction through to completion. Take responsibility for programme, delivery, quality, health & safety and commercial performance. Manage client relationships and key stakeholders. Lead and support Site Managers, Engineers and site teams. Manage subcontractors and supply chain partners. Monitor costs, variations, valuations and overall contract performance. Identify and manage project risks while driving successful delivery. About You Proven experience as a
Contracts Manager
within civil engineering, construction or specialist contracting. Experience across
civil engineering
would be highly advantageous. Strong commercial and operational understanding. Confident managing clients, subcontractors and site teams.
