Contracts Manager

GBR Recruitment Ltd are working in partnership with a leading construction company based in commutable distance of Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire & South Yorkshire, recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to work on varying built environment projects worth from £100K's to multiple £M's. You will be a contracts management professional who is used to delivering build projects OTIF to a set budget & to a high level of quality finish. You will ideally have main contractor & sub-contractor contract management experience, plus you will have led various types of projects, across industrial builds, commercial builds, housing, maintenance & refurbs etc. (several types) You must be used to successfully project managing multiple projects at one time. Duties: * Putting together contract build programmes, procurement of subcontractor labour / services and putting together material schedules * Issuing of project / contracts progress reports to the wider SMT / trades * Working hand in hand with the wider project team including; Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Buyers and Health & Safety Manager * Delivering build projects OTIF, to budget & to the quality required * Ensuring that all health & safety regulations are maintained at all times * Leading meetings with customers & internal departments * Management of I.S.O quality assurance procedures for contracts * Playing a key role in ...
