Contracts Manager Groundworks Based Kent Salary to £100k + package A specialist Groundworks Contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team, overseeing a portfolio of projects across Kent . This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong groundworks background to take responsibility for the successful commercial, operational and contractual delivery of multiple projects. The Role: Managing multiple groundworks projects from pre-construction through to completion Overseeing project teams, site managers and subcontractors Managing programme, commercial performance and client relationships Reviewing contracts, variations, valuations and costs Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to budget Working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams About You: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within groundworks Strong understanding of groundworks, civils and construction methodologies Experience managing multiple projects and site teams Commercially aware with strong contractual knowledge Excellent communication and client management skills Based within, or able to travel across, Kent If you're an experienced Groundworks Contracts Manager looking for your next opportunity with a growing specialist contractor, get in touch for more information.
