Established over 30 years ago, the company now turnover in the region of £30 million and they have established a long track record of great performance within London and the Home Counties. They are ideally suited for construction works from planned maintenance to £7.5 million new build, refurbishment or fit out works. The Role our client is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of refurbishment and construction projects, including Grade II listed buildings, cut and carve refurbishments, and healthcare schemes, with project values typically ranging from £300,000 to £2 million.
