Contracts Manager – Commercial Fit-Out & Refurbishment Location: South Wales Salary: Negotiable Job Type: Permanent Pro Staff are currently working with an established South Wales contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. The company delivers a range of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across sectors including offices, education, healthcare and local authorities. The Role You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion, including: * Managing Site Managers, subcontractors and labour * Monitoring programmes, budgets and project progress * Coordinating subcontractors, materials and resources * Attending client and progress meetings * Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard * Maintaining strong relationships with clients and project teams Requirements * Previous Contracts Manager experience * Strong background in commercial fit-out and refurbishment * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously * Strong client and subcontractor management skills * Full UK Driving Licence Salary/package is negotiable depending on experience.
