Contract Manager Contract: 12 Months FTC Location: National Coverage The Briggs Equipment Group is a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across the UK and Ireland. Uphold "Safety First" values and adopts the best practices to mitigate risks for Briggs, customers, and third parties. Act as the primary contract manager for customers in your area, also covering local sites. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and internal departments for business continuity. Track contract performance and profitability through tools like BE Portal, Power BI, and CPO. Identify and share potential growth opportunities with relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with credit control, service teams, and stakeholders to support debt recovery efforts. Drive internal teams to deliver top-tier customer service, striving for satisfaction and excellence What will help you to excel in this role: Ideal candidate with have demonstrable experience in contract management Ability to judge and adapt to change of deadlines or workload to meet the needs of the customer and our business. Demonstrable customer service skills (both internal and external) and the ability to present.
