Contracts Manager – Social Housing Retrofit & EWI

BMSL Group Ltd is recruiting a Contracts Manager to oversee social housing retrofit and EWI projects in South Wales. This key leadership role focuses on delivering external wall insulation, energy efficiency and refurbishment programs across multiple sites with a focus on safety, programme, and budget adherence.

The role requires extensive experience in social housing and retrofit construction, with strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, and qualifications such as SMSTS/CSCS.
