Contracts Supervisor / Junior Contracts Manager Location: Portsmouth & surrounding areas Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Package Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role: An established specialist subcontractor is looking for a Contracts Supervisor / Junior Contracts Manager to join their team, overseeing projects across the Portsmouth and wider Hampshire area. The company has over 30 years’ experience within the construction industry and specialises in drylining, metal stud partitions, suspended ceilings, insulation, external render and floor screeding. They work with a range of established housebuilders and construction clients across the South Coast. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a background in drylining, interiors or another specialist subcontracting environment, who is looking to take responsibility for multiple projects and develop their career within contracts management. Key Responsibilities: * Managing and supervising multiple projects from commencement through to completion. * Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, labour and materials. * Liaising with main contractors, site teams and clients to ensure projects remain on programme. * Monitoring progress, quality and health & safety across projects. * Attending site meetings and providing regular project updates. * Working closely with the commercial and surveying teams. * Ensuring works are delivered ...
