Controls & Robotics Engineer Location: Cheltenham / Tewkesbury Salary: 70K - 80K + Excellent Benefits Controls & Robotics Engineer required by well-established specialist engineering company! This is a key role designing, programming and commissioning bespoke industrial automation systems, working across both complex PLC controls and industrial robotics Essential: Strong commercial industrial controls and robotics experience Ability to write complex PLC software from scratch using Allen-Bradley Studio 5000 and/or Siemens TIA Portal Ability to design, programme and integrate industrial robotic systems HMI/touchscreen, SCADA and industrial network programming Experience with automated machinery/manufacturing systems Installation, commissioning and fault-finding experience Willing and able to travel internationally, including regular trips to North America Full UK driving licence Nice-to-have: FANUC robotics experience EPLAN electrical design Machine vision systems Project management/technical ownership experience Tremendous opportunity offering plenty of scope for career progression and international travel, working on a variety of innovative bespoke automation and robotics projects!
