Package & Benefits Salary: £40,000£60,000, depending on experience
Location: Fully remote
Hours: Flexible working around agreed core hours
Caseload: Target of approximately 2025 completed matters per month
Business Development: No requirement to generate your own business

The Role As a Licensed Conveyancer, you will take responsibility for managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters
Providing clear and professional legal advice to clients
Handling transactions from instruction through to exchange and completion
Reviewing contracts, title documents and searches
Raising and responding to enquiries
Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other relevant parties
Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and within required timescales
Maintaining accurate and compliant case records
Identifying and resolving issues throughout the conveyancing process
Working towards a consistent monthly completion target
Maintaining high standards of client care and regulatory compliance
What Makes This Role Different? No business development. You won't be expected to spend your time networking, bringing in clients or generating your own instructions.
A centralised conversion team handles the front-end process and converts incoming opportunities, providing you with a steady pipeline of work.
The focus is therefore on what you do best: managing conveyancing matters, advising clients and getting transactions completed efficiently.

You should have:
A relevant conveyancing qualification, such as CILEX / Licensed Conveyancer status
Strong experience handling residential conveyancing matters
The ability to manage a busy caseload independently
A proven track record of consistently completing a high volume of matters
Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
Excellent client communication skills
Good organisational and time-management abilities
A proactive approach to progressing files
The ability to work independently while contributing to a wider remote team
A strong understanding of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements
