They are now looking to expand their team with an experienced Conveyancer who can manage a busy caseload from instruction to completion. About the Firm: This company is a trusted name on the High Street, known for its friendly team, client-focused ethos, and professional integrity. With a solid pipeline of residential conveyancing work and ongoing referrals, the firm offers a stable and supportive working environment with real opportunities for development. The Role: You will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of residential property matters including: * Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases * Transfers of equity * Re-mortgages * Shared ownership and new build transactions You will work closely with clients, estate agents, and other legal professionals, ensuring excellent service throughout the transaction.
