ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish. Your duties will include: * Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. * Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently. * Conducting property searches and reviewing legal documentation. * Providing high-quality advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process. * Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. REQUIREMENTS: * Previous experience working as a Conveyancer within a reputable law firm. * Excellent knowledge of residential conveyancing processes and procedures. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently ad meet deadlines. * Attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent client service. * Proficiency in case management systems (LEAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
