A well-established and growing legal firm in Gloucestershire is currently seeking a Conveyancer / Solicitor to join its busy and supportive property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer or solicitor looking for a long-term role with genuine progression and flexibility.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

• 
  
• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions

Acting for a broad range of clients including individuals, developers, and lenders

Drafting and reviewing contracts and supporting documentation

Conducting title checks, searches, and reporting to clients and lenders

Ensuring compliance with regulatory and lender requirements

Delivering a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process

About You

• 
  
• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancer

Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Client-focused with excellent communication skills
