Your new role

• Assisting with the day-to-day progression of residential sales and purchase transactions
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and legal representatives to ensure matters move forward efficiently
• Preparing and processing legal documents and correspondence
• Requesting and reviewing property-related searches and documentation
• Managing new instructions and administrative processes throughout the lifecycle of a case
• Ensuring files are maintained accurately and in line with compliance requirements
• Providing proactive support to fee earners within a busy and collaborative team environment
