Join our client a progressive and modern law firm with a strong commercial focus, serving businesses and individuals across South Wales, Bristol, the West Country, and the Forest of Dean. We are seeking a bright and ambitious Conveyancer to join our residential property team in Chepstow.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
- Work closely with a property assistant who handles initial instructions, file openings, and client communications.
- Handle a variety of tasks including sales, purchases, transfers, remortgages, drafting contract packs, raising enquiries, preparing reports, and conducting exchanges and completions.
- Maintain daily interaction with clients, providing high-quality service and building strong relationships.
- Participate in the firm’s marketing programme to enhance client engagement and service delivery.
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing your caseload effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
- At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in property work.
