Overview

 

Our client, a prestigious and well established general practice law firm based in Lisburn, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly respected firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client service.

 

This is a full time, office based position, working Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Providing secretarial and administrative support to the Conveyancing team.

 

• Preparing legal documents, correspondence and contracts.

 

• Audio and copy typing.

 

• Managing diaries, appointments and client files.

 

• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors.

 

• Handling telephone enquiries and providing excellent client care.

 

• Assisting with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.

 

Essential Skills & Experience

 

• Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary within a conveyancing department.

 

• Excellent typing and administrative skills.

 

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.

 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

 

• A professional, proactive and positive approach.
