Conveyancing Paralegal

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join a relatively young, forward-thinking, and modern law firm based in Accrington. This role is ideal for a motivated paralegal looking to build on their conveyancing experience, gain hands-on exposure to quality work, and progress their career within a supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Managing your own small caseload of matters
• Assisting fee earners with a mixed residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Drafting contracts and supporting documentation
• Conducting searches and preparing reports
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties
• Handling post-completion matters including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
• Providing regular client updates and ensuring a high standard of client care
• Supporting the wider property team as required
