The role
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you'll handle a range of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing sales and purchases of residential property
- Handling transfers of title and remortgage transactions
- Advising clients throughout the conveyancing process
- Liaising with lenders, agents and third parties
- Managing your own files with appropriate support
- Building and maintaining client relationships
