Senior Residential Conveyancer Swansea | Hybrid Working Available Salary: Competitive, DOE An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Swansea. This role would suit a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive with around 4-5 years' PQE who is looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and collaborative environment. Working directly alongside the firm's Director, you will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, whilst benefiting from ongoing mentoring and exposure to more complex property matters. The Role Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and new build transactions. Receiving training and support in specialist areas including: About You Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive. Approximately 4-5 years' PQE within residential conveyancing.
