We are looking for a high visibility partner to support in day-to-day tasks including scheduling meetings, coordinating of documents and actions to support projects to reach long term goals. The role will work closely withthe Deputy Chief Operating Officer and Executive Assistant for our CEOto provide administrative and project support including minute taking,documenting,and following up actions and correspondence with both internal and external stakeholders. The role will work alongside senior leaders in the organisation thereforeemotional intelligence, excellent communication skills,discretion,and compassion are essential skills. : To managecalendarsandmeetingbookings and requests Tocarry outa range of administrativetasks includingtaking minutes, documentingactionsandsharing across the groupin a timely manner To be open to learning and using digital tools to ensure efficient working To work co-operatively with colleagues in the management team providing support and cover asrequired. To organise internalandexternal meetings, including booking venuesand arranging accommodation To prepare agendas for meetings, ensure papers areaccurateand prepared and disseminated ontime. To undertake projects from time to time on behalf of managers examples include organisation of events or internal supportprojects. To respect the unique contribution of every individual and work positively in a diverse environment The post holder should be prepared from time to time to attend meetings invarious partsof the country, some of which may be during evenings or rarely, weekends.
