Corporate Associate

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate to join a leading US law firm within its highly regarded London M&A practice.

Main duties will include:

• Advising on high-value public and private M&A transactions.
• Working on complex, cross-border matters for listed companies, multinational organisations and financial sponsors.
• Managing transactions from inception through to completion.
• Drafting and negotiating key corporate documentation.
• Working closely with clients and colleagues across international offices.

The successful candidate will have:

• 2–4 years' UK PQE, ideally gained within the London market.
• Strong Corporate/M&A experience gained with a leading law firm.
• Experience of complex public and/or private M&A transactions.
• Excellent technical, drafting and analytical skills.
• Strong academics and a commercial, client-focused approach.
