City of London | £58.3k - £69.5k per annum (dependent on skills and qualifications) | Full-time | Hybrid Working


Typically 2-3 days in the office, with the opportunity to work remotely on the remaining days.

We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Compliance Officer to join a professional team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in corporate compliance, policy development and governance to play a key role in supporting and strengthening the organisation's compliance framework.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development, implementation and review of corporate compliance policies and procedures
  • Provide advice and guidance on policies including whistleblowing, conflicts of interest and related compliance matters
  • Monitor compliance with internal policies, procedures and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Identify potential compliance risks and support the implementation of appropriate controls
  • Assist with compliance reviews, investigations and reporting where required
  • Maintain accurate compliance records, documentation and registers
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to promote a strong culture of compliance and good governance
  • Keep up to date with relevant legislation, regulations and best practice


What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience working in a corporate compliance or governance environment
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience of compliance policies, particularly whistleblowing and conflicts of interest
  • Excellent understanding of corporate governance, risk and compliance principles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear advice to stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to analyse information, identify risks and make sound recommendations
  • Confident working independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
  • Relevant compliance, legal, governance or risk qualifications would be desirable
