We're working with a leading Offshore law firm in the British Virgin Islands that is looking to hire a Corporate Lawyer (3-5 PQE) to join its highly regarded corporate team.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' PQE

• UK qualified solicitor

• Strong academic background

• Corporate experience from a leading law firm

• Experience across M&A, JVs, restructurings and/or corporate advisory

• Offshore experience preferred but not essential

• Genuine interest in relocating to the British Virgin Islands
