Corporate M&A Associate

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Corporate M&A practice of a leading international law firm in London.

Working as part of a highly regarded corporate team, you'll advise multinational corporates, private equity sponsors, financial institutions and strategic investors on a broad range of complex transactions. The role offers exposure to public and private M&A, joint ventures, strategic investments and corporate restructurings, with the opportunity to work on high-value domestic and cross-border mandates.

Requirements

• 2–5 years' PQE gained at a leading UK, US or international law firm.

• Experience advising on corporate transactions, including public and/or private M&A, joint ventures, strategic investments or corporate restructurings.

• Strong technical ability with excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.

• Experience managing transactions and working directly with clients in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

• England & Wales qualified, or equivalent qualification with relevant UK corporate experience. xwzovoh
