Corporate M&A Associate / Senior Associate

Hydrogen is partnered with a major international law firm who are looking to add an experienced Corporate M&A Associate or Senior Associate to its expanding London team.

The practice handles sophisticated M&A, private equity and infrastructure transactions, acting on strategic acquisitions and disposals, sponsor-backed deals, investments, joint ventures and other complex transactions.

The role offer genuine transaction ownership; you'll take day-to-day responsibility for matters, work directly with clients and lead key workstreams with appropriate partner support. You will be expected to draft and negotiate SPAs, disclosure letters, shareholder/JV agreements and other equity documents, whilst coordinating multi-jurisdictional teams.

Key Requirements:

• Strong post-qualified corporate transactional experience from private practice.
• A solid grounding in private M&A with exposure to PE transactions.
• Experience leading deals or substantial transaction workstreams. xwzovoh
• Confident drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills.
