Corporate Regional Manager

We're working with a specialist financial services business that has built an outstanding reputation within the UK agriculture and food sectors. Following continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Regional Manager to help expand their corporate banking division. This is an opportunity to join a small, high-performing team where you'll have genuine autonomy to develop relationships, win new business and influence the future direction of a growing specialist business. Unlike many traditional banking environments, you'll have the flexibility to take a commercial approach to supporting clients, with the opportunity to work across a broad range of complex lending solutions. The Role This is a relationship-led position focused on developing and managing a portfolio of larger agricultural and food businesses across the UK. Typical clients may include: Large farming businesses and landed estates Food manufacturers and processors Packhouses and produce businesses Supply chain organisations Diversified rural enterprisesYou'll be responsible for originating new opportunities through your own professional network, building long-term relationships with senior decision makers and guiding lending opportunities from initial discussions through to completion.
