They are currently seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join their expanding team. THE ROLE: As a Corporate Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of corporate matters, advising clients on various legal aspects of their businesses. Responsibilities include: * Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on corporate matters, including mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, contracts and compliance. * Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate policies. * Conduct due diligence and research to support clients in making informed business decisions. * Represent clients in negotiations, meetings and other business transactions. * Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends to ensure the provision of accurate and up to date advice. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted legal advisor. * Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other professionals within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions. ABOUT YOU: To be considered for this role, you need to have a minimum of 5 years experience of working within Corporate Law with excellent knowledge of law principles, regulations and best practices. You will need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical and strategic advice to clients. Furthermore, you should be able to handle a diverse caseload and prioritise tasks effectively within a high level or professionalism. THE BENEFITS: £45-55K, WFH 2 days per week. GD 1339
