Corporate Tax Manager

Due to continued growth, Tax Specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have been instructed on a fantastic Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager opportunity on behalf of a leading and progressive firm in their Leeds office.

Will be working with an impressive corporate client portfolio (Regional, UK and international) involving a mix of tax advisory, compliance, and ad hoc project work.

The successful individual will get exposure to a range of advisory work including demergers, acquisitions, reorganisations, disposals, due diligence projects, restructuring and share schemes.

Excellent remuneration & benefits package, 15-20% bonus, car allowance (cash), private medical insurance, lots of flexibility, option of WFH 3 days a week and a personal progression plan (to Director/ Shareholder).

The Role:

Managing a diverse corporate tax portfolio (OMBs, Groups, Listed Companies)
Managing/ supporting the successful delivery of ad hoc tax advisory projects
Advising companies of their tax liabilities
Provision of corporate tax advisory services
Review of corporate tax compliance
Research and planning on specific projects
Business development
Attending client meetings
Mentoring junior staff
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
