Corporate Tax ManagerLondon, Kent or Sussex | Hybrid Working | 50% AdvisoryA leading Top 20 accountancy firm is looking to appoint a Corporate Tax Manager to join its growing Corporate Tax team, with the flexibility to be based across London, Kent or Sussex.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Corporate Tax professional looking for a genuinely varied role, offering an attractive 50% advisory / 50% compliance split and exposure to an impressive portfolio ranging from entrepreneurial growth businesses and larger corporates through to multinational groups, FCA-regulated companies and AIM-listed PLCs.The Corporate Tax team consists of around 25 professionals and forms part of a much wider tax practice, offering excellent technical support, progression and the opportunity to work closely with experienced Partners and senior specialists.The RoleYou will manage a varied portfolio of UK and internationally connected corporate clients, taking responsibility for both complex compliance and advisory assignments.The advisory side is particularly broad, with recent projects including reorganisations, demergers, M&A due diligence, business sales, loan relationships, EIS, R&D tax relief and employee share schemes.You will review Corporation Tax returns and computations, advise clients on tax-efficient structures and planning opportunities, and act as a key point of contact for a number of th...
