Costs Solicitor: Draft, Advocate & Strategise (Hybrid)

William James Recruitment is seeking a Costs Solicitor / Draftsperson in Manchester. Up to £55,000 depending on experience, with hybrid and flexible working. The role focuses on costs drafting, advocacy and negotiations within a busy Costs & Advocacy team.

You will handle costs files from instruction to resolution, draft budgets, Bills of Costs, Points of Dispute and Replies, and provide commercially focused advice to clients and colleagues.
