About the team

Our award-winning Counter Fraud team is a collaborative and high-performing group of legal professionals based in Media City. The team specialises in complex, litigated fraud claims and is known for delivering results-driven solutions for our insurer clients. We foster a supportive and engaging environment where colleagues are encouraged to develop professionally, contribute ideas, and get involved in wider firm initiatives, including wellbeing, client engagement, and charity work.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing your own caseload of complex, litigated non-DA fraud matters
  • Handling predominantly hourly rate motor fraud claims through to resolution
  • Ensuring claims are progressed professionally, efficiently, and in line with client expectations
  • Working within our case management system to maintain accuracy and compliance
  • Meeting MI reporting requirements and adhering to Client Service Level Agreements
  • Conducting advocacy at applications and Case Management Conferences where required
  • Maintaining up-to-date legal knowledge through training and sharing insights with colleagues and clients

What do I need?

  • Previous experience managing a full and varied caseload in a similar role
  • Experience or knowledge of Personal Injury claims (defendant experience desirable)
  • Background in counter-fraud insurance work is preferred
  • Open to solicitors, legal executives, or experienced non-qualified claims handlers
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven approach
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Confident communicator, with the ability to engage in advocacy and public speaking
