Counterbalance Forklift Driver Nightshift

IRD Recruitment is seeking experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers for our client in Nether Heyford, Northampton. What We’re Looking For * Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (IN‑HOUSE ACCEPTED) * Warehouse or logistics experience * Clamp attachment experience beneficial * Strong health & safety awareness * Comfortable with manual handling * Positive attitude and good communication Job Details * Sunday to Thursday * Saturdays minimum 2 in every 4 weeks * Shift: 22:00 – 06:00 * Immediate start * Long‑term, ongoing work Pay & Benefits * £16.25 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay) * Bonus: 2 extra hours paid for every Saturday worked * Weekly pay * Pension scheme * Employee discounts * Cash Health Plan * Day off for your birthday Key Responsibilities * Operating FLT Counterbalance trucks safely * Moving stock, pallets, and materials * Manual handling where required * Loading and unloading vehicles * Using clamp attachments when needed * Keeping work areas clean and safe * Following all site procedures IRD Recruitment provides a transparent, supportive service, ensuring the right fit for both candidates and clients
