This role involves operating a counterbalance forklift, moving heavy loads and vehicles around the yard, and supporting the warehouse and yard operations.
What's on Offer £32,110 per annum Monday to Friday 7:00am 5:00pm (47.5 hours per week) Temp-to-perm opportunity Weekly pay Immediate start available Friendly and supportive team Excellent company benefits upon permanent employment: Discounted fuel and staff discounts on parts from day one Health Cash Plan with Health Shield (after probation) Critical Illness Cover Death in Service Benefit Family Day & Community Volunteer Day 28 days holiday plus additional holiday after 3 years' service Enhanced pension contributions after 5 years The Role Safely unload lorries and move vehicles around the yard Operate a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently Operate a Multi-Directional/Combi Forklift (where required) Locate and move vehicles within a 5-car racking system Carry out daily equipment and vehicle safety checks Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company policies Report any defects, hazards or safety concerns promptly Support the wider team with daily operational tasks What We're Looking For Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence essential Experience operating a Multi-Directional or Combi Forklift (licence preferred) Experience moving heavy loads Strong communication skills Excellent attention to detail A proactive and reliable attitude Commitment to Health & Safety Ability to work well within a busy team For more details, please contact Monika at our Poole branch on or apply with your up to date cvand we'll be in touch.
