Country Club Manager – Lead Guest Experience & Sales

La Mon Hotel & Country Club is seeking a Country Club Manager to lead the Club operations daily and drive guest satisfaction. You will manage a diverse team, schedule staffing, and ensure a high standard of facilities and service across the leisure complex including gym, pool and spa areas.

The role requires hands-on leadership, health and safety awareness, and a track record of achieving sales and membership targets. Flexible shifts and weekends are involved.
