Pay: £28000 - £32000 plus bonus and benefits
Location: Cardiff East

Hours: Full-time hours any 5 days over 7 Monday to Sunday

As a Courier Training and Onboarding Specialist,you’llbe theon‑sitechampion keepingourDelivery Unit’srunning like clockwork. From supporting and guiding couriers to ensuring parcels are ready for collection,you’llbe the steady hand ensuring efficiency, compliance, and reliable service.You’lloversee daily activity, tackle issues before they elevate run seamlessly—so our customers get thegreat experiencethey expect.

Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding of new couriers andallocatework effectively.
  • Monitor parcel scanning, courier readiness and ensure compliance throughout the process.
  • Address local issues such as late couriers, scanning delays, or missing parcels before escalating.
  • Use the Service Tracker to raisetimely, transparent escalations when needed.
  • Support couriers with manifests, routing, and operational queries.
  • Provide daily operational feedback to the Territory Manager to optimise performance.

  • Acurrent UK driving licence.
  • Solid understanding of theself-employed courier model.
  • Experience working in afast-paced, customer-focused operational environment.
  • Strongproblem-solving, organisation, and attention to detail.
  • Confident communication skills and the ability tospot and escalation risks quickly.
