Court of Protection Solicitor — Deputyships & Property Affairs

EMG Solicitors is seeking a Solicitor or FCILEx to join its Court of Protection, Property and Affairs team. The role offers 35 hours per week with core 9am–5pm hours, a hybrid working approach post-probation, and opportunities to develop within a supportive team.

Ideal candidates have up to four years' PQE in COP P&A, strong communication, and a collaborative approach to business development. Based in Southport with occasional travel to other offices.
