Court of Protection Solicitor — Flexible Work & Growth

Themis Recruit is assisting a London-based client to recruit a solicitor for the Court of Protection team. You will manage welfare matter caseloads, draft statements, brief counsel, meet clients, and advise on Mental Capacity Act issues. You’ll also help with marketing to grow the client base.
