Court of Protection Solicitor - Health & Welfare Expert

EMG Solicitors in Manchester is seeking a Solicitor or CILEX (up to around 3 years’ PQE) to join our Court of Protection Health & Welfare team. You will support vulnerable clients and manage capacity matters and Court of Protection applications.

The role is full-time (35 hours per week) with flexible hours. You will have opportunities to travel to other offices and engage in ongoing professional development as part of a collaborative team.
