eNL invites applications for a Court of Protection Solicitor in Swindon. This is an outstanding opportunity for a newly qualified or junior solicitor to develop expertise in Property and Financial Affairs work while supporting vulnerable clients and their families.

You will assist with Deputyships and Personal Injury Trusts, prepare Court of Protection applications, reports and related documents, and work closely with clients, families and healthcare professionals in a collaborative team.
