Court of Protection Solicitor: Property & Affairs Expert

EMG Solicitors in Liverpool is seeking a Solicitor or FCILEx to join our Court of Protection, Property and Affairs team. The role involves fee earning work within COP P&A, helping develop the department and deliver excellent client service across offices.

You should have up to 3 years’ PQE (or be a newly qualified) and be an excellent communicator with strong time management. Travel to other offices is expected as part of this busy, supportive firm.
