This is a Creative Producer role sitting right in the middle of a busy Design and Content function for a rapidly growing online retail business in Shipley, Bradford. It's not a design role and it's not a content role, it's the role that makes both teams actually work well together. You'll own workload visibility, brief quality and production logistics, everything from model bookings and studio kit to keeping shoots on schedule, so the creative specialists can just get on with the creative work.

You'll report into the Design Manager but work closely with the Content Lead too, and you'll be the person stakeholders come to when they want a straight answer on where things stand.

It suits someone who genuinely enjoys the organising and problem-solving side of a creative department, who's comfortable pushing back on an incomplete brief rather than just accepting it, and who wants real ownership of the process rather than sitting on the sidelines of it.

Must-have: exceptional organisation, strong attention to detail, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced creative environment, experience with project management software (Asana preferred but Monday etc perfectly acceptable). xwzovoh

Nice-to-have: experience coordinating photoshoots or events, knowledge of photography or video production workflows.
