As a Credit Control Clerk based in London, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable function within a dynamic finance team. Your day-to-day activities will involve processing invoices, allocating payments, monitoring outstanding balances, conducting credit control via phone and email, resolving queries, producing debtor reports for management, reconciling sales ledgers, processing credit notes, setting up customer accounts, assisting with month-end procedures, supporting cash flow reporting, maintaining accurate financial records in line with company policies, ensuring compliance with financial controls, and providing assistance on ad hoc tasks.
