This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers, managing accounts and ensuring payments are received on time through a professional and proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities for a Credit Controller:
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring payments are received within agreed timescales.
- Contact customers regarding outstanding invoices and overdue balances, building positive relationships while achieving collection targets.
- Provide invoices, statements and account information to customers when required.
- Monitor customer credit limits, account activity and payment performance to reduce financial risk.
- Process direct debits, take card payments and accurately update customer records.
