CRM & Insight Officer — Drive Data-Driven Impact

Victim Support Scotland is looking for a Business Systems and Insight Officer to support information systems and data-driven decision making. The role operates on a hybrid basis with primary locations in Glasgow or Edinburgh.

The successful applicant will have a degree or equivalent experience, strong CRM design knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics) and experience with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Case Record Management systems.
