CRO Manager: Data-Driven Growth & Optimisation

Greene King is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Manager to shape how millions of customers interact with our digital channels. You will lead the optimisation across web, app, booking and outbound channels, driving measurable improvements in customer experience and commercial performance.

You will build an experimentation framework, use data-led insights, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, UX, Engineering and Analytics to prioritise opportunities and track performance.
