Culture and Engagement Officer
Alzheimers Society
London
Location
London, England
About The Role
Every day at Alzheimer's Society, our employees and volunteers come together to help people affected by dementia face the future with help and hope.
From providing support and funding research to raising awareness and influencing change, every person plays an important part in our mission. But to make the biggest difference, we need our own people to feel supported, included and able to thrive.
Could you help create a culture where everyone feels heard, valued and able to make a difference?
As our Culture and Engagement Officer, youll help make that happen.
Youll bring people together, listen to what matters to them and help turn their ideas into action. Youll support our Employee Forum and Volunteer Advisory Panel, deliver engagement surveys and use insight to help shape the way we work.
Do you believe that the best organisations listen to their people? Are you motivated by creating positive change?
This is an opportunity to play a key role in strengthening our culture and helping bring our values to life. Youll work with employees, volunteers, managers and leaders across the Society to create a more connected and inclusive organisation.
Location -Youll work from home, with regular travel into London and occasional travel to meetings and events across the UK.
Interviews are provisionally scheduled to take place on the 9th September via MS Teams.
