Curriculum Lead – ILS, Fresh Start & Foundation

Coleg Sir Gâr is seeking a dynamic Head of ILS, Fresh Start and Foundation at Ammanford Campus. You will lead the ILS, Fresh Start and Foundation departments, ensuring high-quality teaching, engagement and learner outcomes across Welsh-medium learning.

You will manage curriculum delivery, planning, budgets and staff development, with travel across Carmarthenshire as required. The role requires a degree with teaching qualification and proven leadership in education.
