Customer Account Executive

As a Customer Account Executive , you will be a key point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for communicating positively with trade customers regarding their requirements and promoting the company's contribution to the industry. Key Responsibilities: * Proactively contacting and supporting tyre retailers across the region. * Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding pricing, client lists, and company finances. * Working in harmony as part of a dedicated team . * Ensuring high standards of professional service at all times . * Process sales orders to the order system efficiently and correctly for the customer. * Managing key accounts , involving outbound and inbound calls daily , building a rapport with your account customers. Candidate Requirements: * Punctuality: Regular and punctual attendance is essential. * Professionalism: You must be able to give your best in a fast-paced environment. * Communication: Strong verbal skills; please note that all telephone calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes . * Integrity: Compliance with company policies, including our strict data protection obligations. * Good IT Skills * Previous Account Management. * Working Hours : Monday to Friday with some Saturdays as and when needed.
