Customer Care Executive

Top Recruit is working with a well-established and well-respected travel business to recruit a Travel Operations & Customer Care Executive. We’re looking for an experienced travel professional with excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on customer service. Key responsibilities: Check bookings before confirmation, invoicing and ticketing Prepare accurate travel documentation and invoices Resolve booking and documentation queries Support the Customer Service team with post-travel issues Help improve quality control and customer processes About you: Travel industry experience Excellent attention to detail and organisation Strong customer service skills Able to prioritise and meet deadlines Calm, professional and confident under pressure Proactive team player with good problem-solving skills
