An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a collaborative and supportive Customer Experience Team within a fast-paced, office-based environment. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting sales activity through strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound customer calls, orders, and enquiries, ensuring accuracy and excellent service.
  • Make proactive outbound calls to generate repeat orders, upsell, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams including Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain.
  • Handle customer queries efficiently via phone, email, and internal systems.
  • Support team performance by contributing to call handling and service-level KPIs.
  • Demonstrate proactive communication and ownership of shared inbox tasks.
  • Maintain accuracy in data entry and order management.
  • Take responsibility for personal development and always uphold company values.
  • Thrive in a busy environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Contribute to team and individual targets, with the opportunity to earn performance-related bonuses.

About You

  • Previous customer service or sales support experience (ideal but not essential).
  • Confident communicator with excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Positive, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes.
  • Keen to progress your career over the next few years.
  • Full driving license is preferred but not essential.
